All orders will be processed within seven (7) business days
Upon fulfillment of the order, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow 72 hours for tracking to update.
Orders may experience delays
Due to the nature of our items, we are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. We offer additional insurance through our couriers for items you’d like to insure above the standard US$100.

Domestic
We offer free domestic USPS standard shipping for orders over US$75. Use “FREESHIP” at checkout to receive free shipping on orders over $75. All orders under US$75 will be calculated based on weight of package and destination.
International
We ship internationally via DHL. International shipping charges will be automatically generated based on shipping location and product.
Packaging
If your order is being shipped, we expertly pack all breakables to ensure they are delivered to you as safely as possible. In an effort to offset the use of plastic (even the biodegradable ones), we exclusively reuse and upcycle packaging materials. In your PIQUANT order, you will only find recycled boxes, paper, reused plastic protecting your pre-loved finds. Packing materials have been collected from friends and family and local businesses on a regular basis. To see our packaging in action, check our Instagram!
Returns
Due to the nature of our unique and highly breakable pieces, our items are final sale. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us directly at care@piquant.nyc. If you have any questions about the product you want to order, please contact us prior to purchasing so we can provide assistance with your order!
